Dietary Analysis service

This is a programme for anyone who wants to lose weight or who suffers from a chronic illness such as arthritis, asthma, general joint pain, irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, migraines, PMS or menopausal problems.

When you telephone, text or e-mail me with your address, I will send you a pack containing a questionnaire about your current diet, lifestyle and health. This will include questions regarding exercise and medication.

I will also send two weekly food-diary sheets for you to complete.

When you send these back to me I will analyse your information and complete a lifestyle programme for you to follow. This will include analysis of the food that you are currently eating, the way that you eat – timing and amounts. It will also look at any foods that might possibly be causing your body a problem and will suggest foods that you could include instead.

I will suggest an appropriate weight for your height and age and a calorie intake per day that will enable you to achieve that weight, at a sensible and healthy pace. You will eat at least six times a day and the amount of calories will allow you to achieve your optimum weight over a sensible and healthy time period.

Your medication may possibly have side effects that are causing health issues that need to be addressed with your doctor. I will give you those side effects so that you can determine if you need to work with your GP to change or modify your dosage.

Exercise is important for many reasons but must be gradually increased so that the body is not put under stress. I will design a sensible regime for you to follow if you are not currently exercising sufficiently.

I will also need to know about any supplements that you are taking and I will let you know if they are appropriate or if there are any others that might be more beneficial.

COST

The cost of the analysis is just £50, payable by cheque - to be returned with your completed lifestyle form and food diaries. Please allow two weeks for a full analysis to be made and your new programme to be returned unless you can give me an e-mail address to return your information to you.
